Account Suspension and Closure

ji99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request.
• Evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Required by directive from authorities.

Deposits

The following methods are supported for depositing funds on ji99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

• All deposit transactions will be credited to the account after verification.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Currency and Conversion

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x. This means the bonus amount multiplied by 20 must be wagered before any withdrawal from the bonus can be made.

Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — the specific games will be listed in the promotion details.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for a limited time.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.
• Bonuses credited by mistake may be cancelled at any time.

VIP and Cashback Program

ji99's VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers by playing regularly and staying active on the platform. VIP cashback will be credited to your account automatically each week.

The following rules must be followed when playing games and placing bets on the ji99 platform:

General Gaming Rules

• The outcome of all games and bets is determined entirely by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Sports Betting

Special rules may apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Follow the rules on the specific page for placing bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments. If an event is postponed or cancelled, ji99 will issue separate guidelines regarding bets placed on that event.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or any other technical issue, the last result saved on the server will be considered final. ji99 is not obligated to provide any compensation for issues arising from the user's device or connection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji99 platform:

• Using another person's account or committing identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to defraud the system.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through illegal collusion with other users.
• Attempting to bypass verification by providing false information.

Closure Initiated by the User
